Why train with us?

Training Records
We at BTS keep a database record of all training we deliver, which is then linked to your company profile. This database holds a record of all training completed, along with the dates, course details, certificate number and delegate information. - This means we can easily help you identify any training you have completed, or answer any questions you may have in confirming training that has been undertaken. - This database can also be exported in Excel and emailed through to you, so you can use it to help you with your own training matrices.

Email Reminders
We offer a reminder service for courses completed with BTS (some exclusions apply). Ensuring that you are made aware with plenty of notice of any certification that is due to expire.

On Site Training
All of our instructors (where applicable), are equipped to deliver on site training, anywhere throughout the UK and further, if required. We are approved by an array of awarding bodies, and are subject to audits on a regular basis, both announced and unannounced, ensuring that the training you receive is of the highest possible standard.

Electronic Certificates
Every certificate that we issue is scanned and kept on file electronically, meaning should you, or your delegates misplace a certificate, or require a copy, we can email you these free of charge. There are some exceptions to this, where BTS do not receive the certificate, such as the CCNSG Safety Passport.

Training Course Reports
On applicable courses, delegates sign training records detailing the topics covered, with comments from the instructor about their understanding and performance. These are emailed through to you along with their certification, giving you detailed information on the topics covered, and any issues that you may need to be aware of.

Other Services
Our instructors understand the difficulties clients have when it comes to on site training, and will be as flexible as possible in offering and finding solutions to complete training, where possible. We respond at short notice to requests, and are available at the end of the phone to answer any questions you may have.
CCNSG Safety Passport – the engineering construction industry safety card
The CCNSG (Client Contractor National Safety Group) Safety Passport is the engineering construction industry safety card. Workers must have a valid CCNSG Safety Passport to enter many engineering and construction sites. As a result, around 30,000 people complete the course each year.

CITB Site Safety Plus
The Site Safety Plus (SSP) suite of courses provides the building, civil engineering and allied industries with a range of courses for people seeking to develop skills in this area.
PASMA Approved Training Centre
Representing the interests of manufacturers, suppliers, specifiers and users, PASMA is the international not-for-profit association for the mobile access tower industry.
It provides and oversees the industry standard training scheme and is a major publisher of safety-related knowledge, information and guidance.
